Andrew Inch MSc

I’m Andrew Inch, an MSc-qualified Strength & Conditioning coach with a background in performance training, athletic development, and long-term physical resilience.Through AI Conditioning, my goal is to help individuals build strength, improve fitness, and perform at a higher level through structured evidence-based coaching tailored to the individual.My approach combines strength & conditioning principles, performance-focused programming, and realistic sustainable coaching to create long-term results — whether your goal is improving athletic performance, building confidence in the gym, preparing for HYROX, or simply becoming fitter and stronger.Alongside coaching, I’ve spent years involved in sport and performance environments including rugby, football, hybrid training, and gym-based strength development, giving me practical experience both as a coach and athlete.
